New Patients
We’ve included information on this site about some of the more common inquiries we receive from our newest patients. If there is something we haven’t addressed, please feel free to call our office. Questions aren’t just welcomed, they’re encouraged!
Your First Visit
When you call, you’ll talk to one of our experienced, friendly team members who will ask you a few questions about your dental history. Please don’t be nervous to talk to us about how long it’s been since your last checkup, we’re here to be sure your mouth is healthy and to provide the best possible outcome. Depending upon the length of time since your last professional hygiene visit, we’ll schedule your appointment one of two ways:

If some time has passed since your last checkup and hygiene visit, we’ll schedule you for a series of X-rays and a thorough examination. We want to be sure that there are no problems, such as tooth decay or gum disease, before proceeding. If an issue does arise, we’ll provide you with a treatment plan and will schedule a separate hygiene appointment for you.
- If you’re up to date on your dental hygiene visits, we’ll have you come in for a preventive dental appointment including a comprehensive exam and professional cleaning.
New Patient Forms
As a courtesy to our new patients, we offer downloadable forms that you can print and fill out prior to your appointment. We also offer online registration, which is fully encrypted and arrives to us via a secure server (meaning your health history and personal information are safe).
If you prefer to fill out forms in the office, you are welcome to do so. It’s important that we keep our appointments on schedule, just be sure to give yourself plenty of time. We suggest arriving about 15 minutes early.
Insurance & Forms of Payment
We are a Delta Dental Premier provider, but as a courtesy to our patients, our office accepts and files all insurance to help maximize benefits. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard as forms of payment.
